Post Training for General Practitioners in Jiangxi Province in 2007—2011

如何适应卫生制度的改革和医学模式的转变,培养适合我国国情的高素质的全科医生,是我们目前正在关注、探索和亟待解决的问题。本研究回顾了江西省2007—2011年的全科医学岗位培训工作情况,总结经验,发现问题,并为今后的全科医学转岗培训提出应对策略。

An appropriate post training mode for Chinese general practitioners is critical during the health system re- form and medical model transformation in China. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of post training programs in Jiangxi Province between 2007 and 2011 with an attempt to inform future position - transfer training for general practitioners.
