中医适宜技术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated by Appropriate Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nursing

目的观察中医适宜技术治疗和护理神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取118例神经根型颈椎病患者,通过针灸、牵引、推拿等中医适宜技术治疗,同时积极护理配合颈椎康复操,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果 118例患者中,临床治愈82例,显效21例,好转10例,无效5例;总有效率为95.8%。结论中医适宜技术治疗神经根型颈椎病具有简单、方便、便宜、有效等优点,适宜在社区推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 118 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients were treated by acupuncture, traction, ＂massage and nursing of cervical vertebra exercises. After 3 months treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results Of the 118 cases, 82 cases were cured, 21 cases were significantly improved, 10 cases were im- proved and 5 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion Appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine is simple, convenient, cheap and effective, and should be promoted in community.
