摘要
火炮控制系统中,电机功率的选取和确定关系到整个火炮的运行状态和特性。以某中口径转管自动机的身管电机驱动控制系统为研究对象,使用d-q轴模型建立三相永磁同步电动机等效电路图,分析驱动系统控制模型;用键合图法对永磁同步电动机及其调速系统建立相应模型,并推导出系统状态方程组。应用MATLAB计算软件对状态方程组进行编程求解,得到调速系统的仿真结果,并与建立的基于Simulink的仿真结果相一致。分析方法可应用于火炮机电控制的一体仿真分析,对火炮多能域一体仿真分析有一定应用价值。
In artillery control system,the choice of motor' s power matters working state and character of the whole artillery.This paper took system of some medium-caliber galting automatic machine as object,including barrels and motor drive and control,and an equivalent circuit diagram of PMSM was drawn by using d-q axis model,and its controlling method was analyzed.Models of PMSM and its speed regulation system were got with bond graph method,and state equations were derived from bond graph model and solved by MATLAB.Results was shown and corresponds with those simulated by Simulink.Methods given in this paper can apply to integrated simulations and analysis for mechanism,electronic and control of artillery,which are of value on multi-domain simulation of artillery.
