外源性rhEGF对放射复合创伤伤口愈合的促进作用 被引量:7

摘要 采用宏观、光镜、免疫组化 (显示Ⅲ型胶原 )和原位杂交 (检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA)等方法 ,动态观察外用rhEGF对大鼠放射复合创伤伤口愈合病变过程的影响。结果表明 :①rhEGF可促进放射复合伤口内肉芽组织的形成。伤后 7天见rhEGF用药创面肉芽组织含量较对照创面明显增多。②rhEGF可促进血管生成。伤后 7天见EGF用药创面肉芽组织中有较对照创面明显增多的新生毛细血管网。③应用rhEGF可间接增加Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的合成和分泌。④rhEGF可促进表皮重建 ,使用药创面较对照创面提前约 2天愈合。 We set up an animal model of radiation combined wound healing, and rhEGF was topically applied to some wounds. The pathological changes were observed by macroscopic, microscopic examinations, and detection of collagen types Ⅰand Ⅲ.Results showed that the rhEGF treated radiation wounds healed 2 days earlier than controls. The major pathological changes were as follows: ①rhEGF promoted the formation of granulation tissue in combined radiation wound. There was much more granulation tissue in EGF treated wounds than in controls on day 7 after wounding; ②rhEGF helped angiogenesis in irradiated wound. There were much more newly formed capillaries in rhEGF treated wounds than in controls on day 7 after wounding;③rhEGF indirectely added to the synthesis and secretion of collagen types Ⅰand Ⅲ; ④Topically used rhEGF accelerated reepithelialization process and shortened healing time.
