膀胱癌组织蛋白酶D的表达与临床及病理的关系

Relationship of the expression of cathepsin D and the clinical pathology of bladder tumor

目的 :探讨膀胱癌组织蛋白酶 D(Cath- D)的表达与临床及病理的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 85例膀胱癌中 Cath- D。结果 :总阳性表达率为 76 .4% ,Cath- D表达率与膀胱癌病理分级呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与临床分期无关。Cath- D主要表达于膀胱癌细胞浆中 ,正常膀胱变移上皮无表达。结论 :Cath- D参与了膀胱癌细胞的分化 ,对病理学分级有意义。

Purpose: To study the relationship of the expression of Cathepsin D and the clinical pathology of bladder tumor. Methods: The expression of Cathepsin D was detected immunohistochemically in tissues of 85 specimens of bladder tumor. Results: The total positive rate of Cathepsin D expression was 76.4%, the expression of Cathepsin D had a direct bearing on the tumor grade(p<0.01), but had no bearing on the tumor phase. Cathepsin D expressed mainly in cytoplasma of bladder tumor cells, but no expression was observed in normal bladder urothelum. Conclusions:Cathepsin D may be related to the defferenciation of bladder urothelial carcinoma.ction in 8 (11.4%), minor parenchymal contusion in 4 (5.7%), laceration or tear in 41 (58.6%), shattered kidney in 5 (7.1%), disruption or occlusion of the main renal artery in 2 (2.9%). In addition, combined liver or spleen injuries were discovered in several cases.Conclusion Plain and enhanced CT scans proved to be the best method of choice in assessing renal trauma, with an accuracy rate of diagnosis (100%) and classification (92.7%). Accurate CT classification of the disease may play an important role for clinical management strategy.
