新医改背景下加强民营医院监管的思考

Reflection on Intensified Supervision and Management in Private Hospitals in the Background of New Medical Reform

民营医院作为国有医院有益的补充,对保障群众的身体健康起着重要的作用。新医改政策明确鼓励社会资本兴办医疗机构,但长期以来因缺乏有效的监管,虚假广告、过度医疗等经营乱象让民营医院成为唯利是图的代言人,也失去了很多患者的信任。因此,新形势下应加强对民营医院的监管,以规范其诊疗活动和执业行为,引导其健康发展。

As beneficial supplement to state-owned hospitals, private hospitals play an important role in protecting health of the masses. The strategies of new medical reform encourage the establishment of medical institutions with social capital. However, for .a long time, the lack of efficient supervision and management, false advertisements, excessive treat- ment and messy operation have made private hospitals mercenary spokespersons, which fail the trust of many patients. Therefore, in the situation of new medical reform, supervision and management on private hospitals should be intensified so as to standardize their medical activities and practice, which leads to the healthy development.
