实施临床路径管理对医保结算的影响

Influence of Practicing Clinical Pathway Management on Medical Insurance Settlement

目的探讨实施临床路径质量管理对医疗费用结算的影响。方法将实行临床路径质量管理前后的三种疾病分别归为传统组和临床路径组进行统计对照;以平均住院费用、平均住院天数、患者满意度等作为评价指标,应用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果临床路径组平均住院费用、平均住院天数明显低于传统组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);临床路径组满意度明显高于传统组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论实施临床路径质量管理,可明显降低住院费用及住院天数,提高患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the influence of practicing quality management of clinical pathway on settlement of medical expense. Methods： The writers make statistical contrast by putting three kinds diseases into traditional group and clinical pathway group before and after the practice of quality management of clinical pathway and statistical analysis with SPSS 13.0,basing on evaluation indexes, average hospitalization expenses, average hospitalization days and satisfacto- ry. degree from patients. Results： They find that the average hospitalization expenses and average hospitalization days of clinical pathway group are lower and fewer than those of traditional group, and the difference is obvious （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the satisfactory degree from clinical pathway group is clearly higher than that of traditional group, and the difference is obvious （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The practice of quality management of clinical pathway can strikingly reduce hospitalization ex- penses and hospitalization days, and improve satisfactory degree from patients.
