中温炉中新型石英管式炉膛的设计

摘要 普遍使用的管式炉,炉膛、多数采用石英管或者刚玉管与不锈钢材质法兰再加耐高温垫圈连接组成。文中所设计的管式炉炉膛结构是由石英管与玻璃活塞连接组成,连接处用耐高温真空脂密封,优点是炉膛结构简单,易拆卸、清洗方便;炉膛不仅减少了不锈钢材的用量,而且降低了制作成本;控温系统采用现代化多段智能程序温度控制仪控制,稳定性好,可快速升降温度;而该炉膛还可以放入其他常用的炉膛中使用,又因与外壁炉膛双层保温,使散热损失缩小;在烧结使用中,更换样品时既方便、快捷,又效率高,而且更实用,运行安全性能更好。 Conventional tube furnace chamber was made up of quartz tube (or alumina tube) and stainless steel flange. The new tube furnace chamber was designed by quartz tube and glass piston, which made glass instead of stainless steel, can reduce the production cost. This design has the advantages of simple structure and easy to disassemble. We use modern multi-stage intelligent temperature control instrument which provides the temperature control more steadily and easily. The new furnace can be placed into the conventional tube furnace chamber to form double insulation so as improve thermal performance which could reduce the temperature loss and easy and safety to operate.
