摘要 脊柱稳定性可以通过脊柱节段三维运动范围的大小来评价。脊柱三维运动实验加载是离体脊柱在近生理环境下的三维运动范围测量的基础。文章从人体脊柱三维运动实验加载要求和加载装置设计两个方面总结了加载技术研究现状,分析了现有加载技术中的主要长处与不足,为将来脊柱三维运动实验加载技术的研究提供参考。 Spinal stability can be evaluated through the range of 3-dimension movement, the experiment loading of spine 3-dimension movement is the base of measuring the range of the spine 3-dimension movement in similar physiological environment. It summaries the current situation of researching on spinal 3-dimension movement experiments from two aspects, one is the spinal 3-dimension movement loading demands, and the other is the design of loading devices. Moreover, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of those loading technology, to provide some references for the research of spine 3-dimension movement loading technology in the future.
