加强高校研究生科研实验技能培养的思考

Reflections on the Training of Postgraduates' Experimental Skills in the University

具有从事本专业或本学科实际工作和科学研究工作的能力,是我国高等教育研究生培养的目标。科研实验技能是科研工作能力重要指标,而高校科研实验室是培养科研实验技能的必备场所,实验室的建设和管理水平直接影响高校研究生科研实验技能的水平。文中通过分析影响我国高校研究生科研实验技能培养的因素,提出加强高校研究生科研实验技能培养的对策,以期通过加强实验室建设和管理,促进高校研究生的实验技能训练、创新意识培养,从而提高其综合能力,达到创新型人才培养的目的。

Having the ability of doing actual work or scientific research in the field is one of the goals of Higher Education in our country. Experimental skill is the guide line of research ability. Laboratory is an important part for training experimental skills in the university, and the level of laboratory construction and management will have a direet effect on the postgraduates＇ level of experimental skills. In order to promote the training of experimental skills and innovation consciousness through enhancing the laboratory construction and management, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the experimental skill of the postgraduates, and gives the countermeasures of strengthening the postgraduates＇ skill training so as to bring up people with ability.
