Enhance the Government School and Public Library Service Ability

由政府和高校为整合资源、充分发挥图书馆的功能,而共建的公共社区图书馆,面临的读者群体个体差异大,如何为不同个性需求的读者个体提供服务,是社区公共图书馆急需解决的问题。通过分析读者群体的个体差异,采取合理的方法和措施,为不同读者群体提供良好服务,才能充分发挥图书馆的功能。

The objective of public community library built by government and the universities is to integrate resources and to make use of library functions. The reader groups of large individual differences, for different requirements of personalized individual readers to provide services, are urgently needed to solve the problems of community public library. Through the analysis of the reader groups of individual differences, we adopt the reasonable methods and measures, for different groups of readers to provide good service, in order to give full play to the functions of the library.
