摘要
热释光是绝缘体或半导体预先吸收了外界辐射能量,部分能量被材料内部的局域缺陷吸收,在随后的加热过程中,在局域缺陷处发生的能量跃迁而发射的光。苏州大学材料与化学化工学部在长期教学和科学实践的基础上,自行设计组装了热释光光谱仪。主要由温度控制和加热装置、光谱采集检测两部分组成。升温速率和加热时间可根据要求进行设定。并改进实现了计算机自动控制。使用方便、成本低廉,比北京核仪器厂生产的FJ-427A微型热释光计量器误差小,能进行多种形态试样的测试,很好地满足了无机非金属材料专业及其他材料类本科实验教学和相关科研的需要。
ThermoZuminescence (TL) is generated from energy transition occurred in the defects of the insulator or semiconductor after heating process. The energy is absorbed by the defects from the outside radiation. A TL speetrofluorometer is serf-designed, which consists of two parts, namely temperature control and the spectral system detection. Heating rate and time can be set according to different kinds of requirements. At the same time, and this instrument was realized by computer control. It was checked in eomparision with the commercial production FJ - 427A, the error is small. It meets the needs of undergraduate experimental teaching and research of the inorganic nonmetallic material science and other related materials science well.
