国产美洛昔康片抗炎作用实验研究

Experimental study of anti-inflammation on dometic meloxican tablet

目的观察美洛昔康片抗炎作用。方法观察美洛昔康对醋酸导致小鼠血管通透性增加和二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用，以及角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足肿胀和纸片法引起大鼠肉芽增生的抑制作用。结果小鼠按0．56、1．13、2．25、4．50和9.0mg·kg－1给药，明显抑制小鼠血管通透性增加和耳肿胀，大鼠按1．5、3．0和6．0mp·kg－1给药，明显抑制大鼠足肿胀和肉芽增生。结论国产美洛昔康片有明显的抗炎作用。

Objective To observe the effect of anti-inflammtion on dometic meloxican tablet. Methods Themice were given the meloxican tablet, ig, at the dosage of 0. 56, 1. 13,2. 25 and 9. 00 mg·kg-1, then ip 0. 8%acetic acid, and injectiflg the ear of mice. The meloxicans were given to rats, at the dosage of 1. 5, 3 .0, 6. 0 mg·kg- 1, to observe the effect of the meloxican inhibiting the paws swelling of rats by carrageen and granulation ofrats by paper methed. Result Meloxican tablet can inhibit the penetration of the bldri vessel and swelling ofear of mice, swelling of paws of rats and granulation increase obviously. Conclusion drietic meloxican tablethas effect of anti-inflarnrnation.
