中医时空统一观及其在临床中的应用

Research on space-time unified view of TCM and its application in clinic practice

探索中医理论对时间和空间的认识,用于指导临床对疾病的辨治。通过检索《黄帝内经》、《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》等中医经典和古籍中有关时间、空间的论述及其相关内容,进行分析、归纳和总结。从上述中医经典和古籍的论述中发现,中医理论认为时间和空间是统一的,均与阴阳的盛衰变化相对应。这一认识对说明病情、提示诊断和指导对疾病的治疗具有重要意义。

To explore the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine theory about time and space for guiding diagnosis and treatment of the disease in clinic.Related statements on time and space in traditional classic theoretic works such as Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber and the Auxiliary Knack Visceral Line Tactics to Drug law were retrieved,analyzed and summarized.From the descriptions of above traditional classic theoretic works,it is considered that the time and space are united and correlated with transformation in relative strength between Yin and Yang in the theory of Chinese medicine.The recognition on space-time unified view is very important for describing disease,making diagnosis and guiding the treatment.
