摘要
本文以权力为视角,分析同城化的问题,对同城化实施过程中的复杂关系进行梳理,接着重点对同城化规划过程中涉及的权力要素进行深入分析,诠释权力的约束作用,最后结合广佛同城化的案例进行佐证,从项目的实施过程出发,提出在当前体制下同城化实施的必要途径。
From the perspective of power, the paper analyzes problems from city-integration and its complex relationship in implementation, then further analyzes elements of authority in city-integration layout, and demonstrates the restraint effect of power. Finally, based on the Guangzhou-Foshan Integration, the paper brings forward the essential approach in city-integration implementation, from the standpoint of project execution.
