摘要
为提高船舶柴油机废气涡轮增压器的可靠性,确保人员及船舶设备的安全,基于支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)相关理论,对船舶柴油机废气涡轮增压器进行智能故障诊断.根据SVM智能故障诊断理论,分析废气涡轮增压器常见故障;研究SVM在船舶柴油机增压器故障诊断中的应用.仿真实验表明:SVM在柴油机废气涡轮增压器故障诊断中具有很出色的拟合能力;运用SVM理论对柴油机增压器故障进行智能诊断是可行的.
In order to improve the reliability of the exhaust gas turbocharger of ship diesel engine, and to ensure the personnel and ship equipment safety, an intelligent fault diagnosis is conducted for the exhaust gas turbocharger based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) correlation theory. According to the SVM in- telligent fault diagnosis theory, the common faults of exhaust gas turbocharger are analyzed; and the ap- plication of SVM in fault diagnosis for the turbocharger of ship diesel engine is researched. The simulation experiments show that SVM has excellent fitting ability in the fault diagnosis for exhaust gas turbocharger; and the application of the SVM theory for the intelligent fault diagnosis for the turbocharger of ship diesel engine is feasible.
