摘要
目的:探讨F0LFOX及FOLFOX4两种化疗方案治疗Dukes B,C期直肠癌术后的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的54例Dukes B,C期直肠癌术后接受FOLFOX与FOLFOX4方案化疗的患者为研究对象,对比分析接受不同化疗方法的患者毒副反应情况、5年复发率及生存率。结果:两组毒副反应发生率差异无统计学意义,但F0LFOX4组Ⅲ度以上毒副反应发生率明显低于F0LFOX组(P<0.05);两组5年复发率及生存率差异无统计学意义。结论:F0LFOX4方案毒副反应相对较轻,且简便易行,值得广泛应用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect and security of Dukes B, C colorectal cancer postoperative patients treated by the FOLFOX and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy treatment scheme. Methods： To choose 54 cases Dukes B, C colorectal cancer postoperative patients treating with the FOLFOX and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy treatment scheme as the research object, and analyze the adverse reaction, 5 years recurrence rate and survival rate of patients treating with different chemotherapy treatment scheme. Results： There were no significant differences of adverse reaction rate between the two groups, adverse reaction rate above ]II degrees of the FOLFOX4 group was slgnificantiy lower than that of the FOLFOX group（P〈0.05）. The 5 years survival rate and survival rate had no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion： The adverse reaction rate of FOLFOX4 scheme is relatively light, and easy to use, is worth widely used.
