摘要 目的:探讨MACC1在直肠腺癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测直肠腺癌组织及正常直肠黏膜上皮组织中MACC1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与直肠腺癌浸润程度、分化、分期、淋巴结转移等病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示,直肠腺癌组织中MACC1蛋白的表达率明显高于正常直肠黏膜组织(P<0.01),MACC1蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度及是否有淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),与患者临床病理分期及远处转移有关(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,MACC1阳性表达者术后5年生存率为37.2%,MACC1阴性表达者术后5年生存率为83.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MACC1在直肠腺癌中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,且与直肠腺癌的病理分期和预后密切相关,可为直肠癌侵袭转移的研究和患者的预后判断提供参考。 Objective: To investigate the expression of MACC1 protein in rectal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry maxvision method was used to determine the expression of MACC1 mRNA and protein in retal carcinoma and nomal rectal tissues, statistic analysis was performed to investigate the association between the clinicopathologic features and MACC1 expression. Results: By immunohistochemistry examination, the positive rates of MACC1 in rectal adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in the normal tissues(P〈0.O1). The over expression of MACC1 protein was correlated with the clinical stage(P〈0.05), but not to patients' age, sex, tumour size, differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05). Survival analysis showed that the five year survival in the group of positive expression of MACC1 was 37.2 %, but it was 83.3 % in the negative expression group. The log-rank test showed that survival was significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of MACC1 in rectal adenocarcinoma tissues are significantly higher than that in the normal tissues, it may provide reference for the invasion and metastasis of rectal adenocarcinoma and the prognosis of the patients.
