浅表海绵状血管瘤的超声诊断与病理对照分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过对患浅表海绵状血管瘤的患者声像图特征以及病理进行对照分析,从而了解超声诊断的优越性。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院超声检查并经病理证实为浅表海绵状血管瘤的18例患者资料,对患者声像图特征以及病理进行对照分析并记录。结果:位于头面部、颈侧及锁骨区、肩关节周围各3例,腰部、肘关节、手指、臀部、腹股沟、手背、窝区、足背以及会阴部各1例,二维超声多表现为瘤体形态不规则,边界欠清晰,瘤体内部呈管状、瘤样或梭形无回声或低回声,相互交通呈大小不等的网络状或蜂窝样分布。结论:通过使用超声对浅表海绵状血管瘤的患者进行检查,能够对大多血管瘤做出定性、定位诊断,超声具有无创伤、简便、可重复、结果快捷等优势,可以广泛应用于临床的工作中。 Objective:Through the comparative study of uhrasonography characteristics and pathology of patients suffering from superficial cavernous angioma, the advantages of Ultrasonic Diagnosis are identified.Methods:Retrospective analysis is employed to study 18 patients who are identify by Ultrasonic Diagnosis and pathology as suffering from superficial cavernous angioma, the uhrasonography characteristics of these patients are compared and recorded.Results:3 cases are identified in the face, neck and collarbone area, and shoulder, 1 case is identified in the waist, elbow, finger, hip, groin, back of the hand, armpit, dorsum of foot and perineum.2 dimensional ultrasound reveals that the forms of tumor are irregular, the borders of tumor are vague.The internal part of tumor is cast-shaped, no echo or low echo is identified in adenomatoid, the internal structure of which is distributed like network or honeycomb.Conclusion:Through the Ultrasonic Diagnosis of patients suffering from superficial cavernous angioma, it is found that located and qualitative diagnosis can be made.Its advantages of non-invasive, easy-to-handle, repeatability, time-saving can be widely applied in clinical work.
