摘要
工作生活质量作为人力资源管理的重要内容之一,在社区卫生服务机构中还鲜有研究。本文采用定量与定性相结合的方法对社区卫生服务机构员工的工作生活质量进行了初步研究,并在如何提高其工作生活质量方面作了初步的探索。认为不仅要提高其薪资水平,还要给予其专业发展指导,建立起员工对机构的归属感。
As an important part of human resource management, quality of working life has not been studied in the fields of community heahh services.In this paper, a preliminary study of the quality of working life was conducted for the commuuit3, health services staff, using combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.The conclusion is that both the improvement of their salaries and the guidance to their professional development contribute to their qual^ties ~f working life.
