HPLC法测定鹰不泊中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Zanthoxylum avicennaeby HPLC

目的建立鹰不泊中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:VP-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:283 nm。结果鹰不泊中橙皮苷在0.1015～1.6240μg范围内进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为0.76%。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于鹰不泊中橙皮苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish a determination of hesperidin in Zanthoxylum avicennae（Lam.）DC.Methods VP-ODS C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） colmnn was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25∶ 75） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results The linear relation of hesperidin was good in the range from 0.1015 to 1.6240 μg.The average recovery and RSD were 99.42%,0.76%,respectively.Conclusion The established method is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of Zanthoxylum avicennae（Lam.）DC.
