Determination of Baicalin in Bianyan Oral Solution by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定扁咽口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(45∶55);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:277 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl。结果黄芩苷在1.064～106.4μg/ml范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.26%(n=6),RSD为1.92%。结论本方法快速、简便、准确、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于扁咽口服液的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Bianyan Oral Solution.Methods XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid（45 ∶ 55）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 277 nm at a column temperature of 30 ℃.The injection volume was 10 μl.Results A good linear correlation of baicalin was observed within the range of 1.064-106.4 μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 101.26% with RSD 1.92%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is quick,simple and accurate,which can be used for determination and quality control of Bianyan Oral Solution with good selectivity,sensitivity and repeatability.
