摘要
介绍一种采用1,2-丙二醇、环氧丙烷在催化剂的作用下进行开环聚合反应制得中间体,然后对中间体采用特殊的精馏方式进行组分分离,得到纯度高达98%以上的二缩三丙二醇联产二丙二醇新工艺。
A new technology for co-production of highly pure tripropylene glycol（TPG） and dipropylene glycol （DPG） was introduced. The process was done in two steps： firstly, the intermediate was synthsized by ring opening polymerization of 1,2- propylcne glycol and epoxypropane with special catalyst; secondly, the intermediate was separated by special rectification and the highly purity TPG （purity≥98%） and DPG were gained.
