摘要
目的探讨甲状腺动脉栓塞治疗格雷夫斯病(GD)后5年内甲状腺激素水平的变化情况。方法回顾性分析49例接受甲状腺动脉栓塞治疗的GD患者术前、术后3天、7天、1个月、3个月、1年、3年、5年的T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH值变化。结果栓塞术后7天T3、T4、FT3、FT4均开始下降,至1~3个月最低,1年时反弹,之后呈现缓慢下降或小范围波动;术后3~7天,TSH下降至正常值以下,之后在正常范围内波动。结论甲状腺动脉栓塞治疗GD术后1~3个月甲状腺激素降至最低,1年开始反弹,提示术后1年是疾病复发的时间节点。
Objective To observe the changes of serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with Graves disease (GD) 5 years after thyroid arterial embolization. Methods The levels of serum thyroid hormones (T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH) pre- and post-procedure at time point of 3-day, 7-day, 1-month, 3-month, 1-year, 3-year and 5-year in 49 GD patients who underwent thyroid arterial embolization were retrospectively analyzed. Results One week after embolization, the levels of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 began to descend and down to the lowest during 1--3 months, but rebounded at 1 year, then showed a slow downward or fluctuation in a little range in 3--5 years. TSH descended to below the normal value 3--7 days after embolization, and then fluctuated in the normal range from 1 month to 5 years. Conclusion The levels of serum thyroid hormones for GD patients descend to the lowest levels 1--3 months after thyroid arterial embolization, and begin to re- bound at 1 year, suggesting that 1 year may be the time node of the recurrence of GD.
