高龄患者ERCP诊疗的临床价值及安全性分析 被引量：4

摘要 治疗性ERCP具有术后恢复快、创伤小等优点，作为一种微创性治疗方法对胆胰疾病的诊疗具有重要意义。由于我国逐渐步入老龄化社会，胆胰疾病老年患者越来越多。因老年患者多有伴发症，治疗性ERCP能否在高龄患者中推广困扰着临床医师。本研究回顾性分析82例高龄患者治疗性ERCP资料，旨在探讨其在治疗高龄患者胆胰疾病中的临床价值和安全性。
