完全性背侧胰腺发育不全二例影像学表现 被引量：7

摘要 胰腺先天发育畸形临床并不少见，例如环状胰腺、异位胰腺和胰腺分裂等。其中胰腺分裂是最常见的一种发育畸形，在尸检中检出率高达14％。而背侧胰腺发育不全是一种十分罕见的胰腺发育畸形，其特点为胰腺的体尾部未发育或发育不全。本文报告2例完全性背侧胰腺发育不全病例的CT及MRCP表现，并对国内外相关文献进行复习。
