摘要
利用体外细胞培养方法 ,观察十种雷公藤单体对正常人外周血单个核细胞对于植物血凝素 ( PHA-M)增殖反应的影响 ,以及它们对细胞的直接毒性反应 ,结果发现其中四种生物碱有一定的免疫抑制活性 ,三种二萜类化合物及二种三萜类化合物有明显的免疫抑制活性 ,且抑制作用与剂量相关 ,抑制时相可能在于增殖的早期。毒性试验分析发现它们免疫抑制作用均与毒性作用无直接相关 ,但生物碱的毒性浓度和有效浓度的差距较大。
By cell incubation in vitro,observe ten kinds of triperygium monomers' hyperplasia effects on normal person's peripheral blood monocytes to phytohemagglutinin(PHA),and their direct virulent reactions to cells, the results show four alkaloids among them have definite immunosuppressive activity, three diterpenoids and two triterpenoids have apparent immunosuppressive activity,the inhibition is related to dosage,the inhibitory phase is probably at the early stage of hyperplasia.The analysis of virulent test finds their immunosuppressive action has no direct relation with virulent action,but the alkaloid's virulent concentration has great difference with its effective concentration,it will be the safer active monomer.
