运用课堂观察技术对中学体育课堂教学进行了观察,探究了课堂观察的内涵、框架和程序,阐明了基于个体和教研组开展课堂观察的一般技术和阶段特征;如何加强对教师课堂观察的指导,并提出了建议,旨在增强教师的课堂观察意识,反思和完善课堂观察活动,提高课堂教学实效,促进教师的专业化发展。

Through the use of classroom observation techniques to observe the secondary school PE teaching,this paper explores connotation,framework and procedures of classroom observations,and clarifies general techniques and stage characteristics of classroom observations,based on the individual as well as the teaching and research group.By introducing how to strengthen the guidance of the classroom observation of teachers and giving advice,it aims to enhance teachers' awareness of classroom observation and reflection,perfect their observation in class,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promote the professional development of teachers.
