体外重建人体皮肤模型刺激试验的验证 被引量:4

摘要 科学验证是替代试验方法从开发到接受之间的必然过程,近年来,用于代替体内皮肤刺激或腐蚀试验的体外重建皮肤替代物的技术发展很快,出现了各种不同的皮肤模型和检测方法。在遵循验证的基础上,结合皮肤模型及预期毒性终点的特点,有必要建立统一的验证标准,以规范皮肤模型和体外方法的开发、标准化和比对验证,推动替代方法的认可和应用进程。
