简述了TH-3型尿素脱氢催化剂的工作原理、物理指标及工业操作条件;介绍了TH-3型脱氢催化剂在60万t/a天然气尿素装置投用8年的工业操作数据和应用效果。结果表明:TH-3型尿素脱氢催化剂具有脱氢效果好、强度高、活性好、抗毒性能强和使用寿命长等特点。

Author has briefly described the working principle, physical index and industrial operating conditions for TH-3 type urea dehydrogenation catalyst; has introduced the situation of TH -3 type urea dehydrogenation catalyst used in the natural gas-urea plant with a capacity of 600 000 t/a has an- alyzed the industrial operating data and application effect of TH - 3 type urea dehydrogenation catalyst since having put into operation more than 8 years. Result indicates that TH - 3 type urea dehydrogenation catalyst has the features of good effect, high strength, good activity, strong anti-poison property and long service life and so on.
