摘要
采用丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆、聚氨酯磁漆涂层作为研究对象,利用常规优化试验研究,结合电化学交流阻抗谱法(EIS),对不同厚度的涂层体系进行了防护性能的研究,分析了厚度对其防腐蚀性能的影响,确定了最佳的底漆和磁漆复配方案。
The anti-corrosion properties of the acrylic-polyurethane primer and PU coatings were investigated in this study. With the optimal mechanical researehes and the electrochemical impedanee spectroscopy (EIS), the failure behavior of different thickness coatings were investigated. The influence of the different thickness to the anti-corrosion properties was analyzed and the best primer and enamel composite scheme were determined.
