摘要
目的:研究大孔树脂提取胆红素的工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以胆红素的提取率为考查指标,对CDA40大孔树脂吸附剂提取猪胆汁中胆红素的工艺进行了筛选。结果:pH值5~6、吸附剂用量4g/100ml胆汁、硫酸铵盐浓度70%、搅拌吸附时间4h为胆红素的最佳提取工艺条件。结论:通过本工艺胆红素的提取率达85%(与胆汁中胆红素总含量相比)以上,纯度可达93%。而且工艺简便,树脂再生容易。
Objective: To study the extraction process of bilirubin from pig's bile. Methods: The extraction process of bilirubin from pig's bile with CDA 40 macroporous resin adsorbent was selected by orthogonal design in the extrction ratio of bilirubin as index. Results: The optimum extraction process condition was: pH5~6, 4g/100ml bile of adsorbent, 7% (w/v) of ammonium sulphate, stirring time for 4h. Conclusion: The extraction ratio of bilirubin by this extraction process was above 85% (as compared with the total content of bilirubin bile) and the purity of bilirubin reached 93%. And the extraction process is simple and convenient. The regeneration of resin is easy. So this extraction method is advisable.
