前列腺癌组织TGF-β1和AR与ERα表达及其相关性分析 被引量:2

Expression and correlation of TGF-β1 and AR,ERα in prostate cancer tissues

摘要 目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与雄激素受体(AR)和雌激素受体α(ERα)在前列腺癌(PCA)中表达的相互作用及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色法检测76例PCA组织中TGF-β1、AR、ERα的表达及分布情况,并与30例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织进行对照分析。结果:TGF-β1、AR与ERα在PCA组织中的阳性表达率分别为72.37%、81.58%和59.21%,与BPH组织(43.33%、33.33%和16.67%)相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。TGF-β1和AR与肿瘤的病理分级存在相关性,P<0.01,而ERα与肿瘤的病理分级无明显关系,P>0.05。PCA组织中,TGF-β1与AR的表达呈正相关(P<0.01),与ERα的表达无相关性(P>0.05);在BPH组织中两者均无相关性。结论:TGF-β1、AR和ERα均参与了前列腺组织恶性转化的过程,且与癌细胞的分化程度存在密切联系。在PCA进展过程中,TGF-β1与AR发挥着协同促癌作用,而与ERα发挥着或协同或拮抗的效应。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor α(ERα) in prostate cancer(PCA),and evaluate their correlation and significance. METHODS: This study was carried out using case-control method, including 76 PCA and 30 benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). The expression lev- els of TGF-β1, AR and ERα were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:The expression rates of TGF-β1, AR and ERα in PCA tissue were 72.37% ,81.58% and 59.21% respectively,which,compared with 43.33% ,33.33% and 16.67% in BPH tissues,were significantly statistically different (P〈0.01). TGF-β1 and AR expressions were positively correlated to tumor patho- logical grade of tumor (P〈0.01), while ERa and tumor pathological grade had no significant relationship (P〈0.05). In PCA group, TGF-β1 and AR expressions were positively correlated (P〈0.01), while TGF-β1 and ERa expressions showed no correlation (P〉 0.05). In BPH group, there were no such correlations. CONCLUSIONS: TGF-β1, AR and ERα are involved in the process of malignant transformation of prostate tissue, and they are closely related with the degree of cancer cell differentiation. In PCA progression,TGF-β1 and AR play a synergistic role,while TGF-β1 and ERα play either a synergistic or an antagonistic role in dif- ferent stages of tumor development.
