基于ZigBee技术的油田智能流量计研究

摘要 在传统靶式流量计测量原理的基础上,改进其结构,提高了测量精度和准确性。将无线近距离组网技术,即Zigbee技术应用到流量数据传输中,建立了簇(树)状网络以及周期性模式和中断模式2种工作模式,并对设计方案进行试验测试。试验结果表明,系统具有较高的测量精度,其误差<3%,无线传输链路可靠且有自动修复功能,对实现油田流量的实时监测具有重要意义。 Change the flowmeter's structure to improve the measurement precision and accuracy based on its traditional measurement principles. Zigbee wireless short transmission technology was applied to oil field flow data monitoring. Cluster (tree) network was established. In addition to this, two working modes were designed for the network. Periodic Mode and Interrupt Mode. Experimental results show that the system had good linearity, and transmission error would be controlled under 3 percent. It also shows that the wireless transmission link is reliable and owns the ability of self-repairing. The research of Zigbee Based Oil Field Intelligent Flowmeter is of great significance to the real-time monitoring of oil flow rate.
