摘要 选择了能够合理描述封隔器胶筒受力变形的Yeoh模型,通过试验测得封隔器胶筒材料的应力与应变关系,利用MATLAB计算了Yeoh模型的常数。对封隔器胶筒进行有限元分析,得到胶筒压缩距、肩部"突出"以及接触应力随坐封载荷的增加而增加;胶筒肩部"突出"使最大接触应力的作用区域变小,且由胶筒中部逐渐转移到加载端,造成胶筒与套管的接触应力分布不均匀,使胶筒密封的可靠性降低。通过试验得到坐封力与压缩距的关系,验证了有限元模型的正确性。 The paper chooses the Yeoh model which can reasonably describe the distortion of the Sealing Rubber of the Packer, and measure the relationship between stress and strain data by test, and calculate of Yeoh model with MATLAB. By finite-element analyzing the Sealing Rubber of the Packer, the relationship between sit load and the packer rubber, extrude on the shoulder and the contact stress were obtained,and the extrude on the shoulder of packer rubber were analyzed to make the function of the largest contact stress regional smaller, and with the packer rubber gradually transferred to the central loading, causing the packer rubber and casing contact uneven distribution of stress,make plastic tube seal performance reliability reduced . Through the experi- ment get the relationship between sit sealing force the compression, verify the validity of the finite element model.
