摘要
由于缺陷、腐蚀、外力损伤等原因造成海底油气集输管道运行事故,经济损失巨大。结合工程实例,对穿跨越航道的海底输气管线在运行期间风险进行分析,重点分析此类工程存在的危险因素,并基于管线日常维护管理与实际安全生产作业要求,提出相关安全风险控制措施。
Submarine pipeline is the lifeline of offshore gas ＆ oil field. The pipeline＇s safe opera- tion is vital to gas ＆ oil fields. The risk factors and its effect were analyzed,and some risk control measure and some suggestions were put forward.
