c-jun和c-fos基因在单眼视觉剥夺性猫视皮质表达特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 了解单眼视觉剥夺 ,c- jun、c- fos基因在视觉发育过程中的表达特性。方法 应用 FVEP检测弱视 ,RT- PCR检测视皮质神经元基因表达水平。结果 视觉剥夺组猫对侧视皮质神经元 c- fos m RNA水平降低 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同侧视皮质与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )在早期即有降低 ,到成年时稳定在低水平 ;c- jun基因表达在剥夺组早期升高 ,与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;以后在剥夺组表达降低并在成年稳定于低水平 ,与正常对照组比较差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 在单眼视觉剥夺性弱视猫两侧视皮质 c- fos基因表达不平衡 ,c- jun基因在两侧视皮质表达平衡。 Objective To explore the characteristics expression c jun and c fos on visual system during monocular deprivation. Method F VEP and RT PCR were used to test amblyopia and the level c jun mRNA and c fos mRNA respectively.Result The level of c fos mRNA reduced in controlateral visual cortex of deprivated cats in its early stages ( P <0.05), and there was no significant differences compared with those in ipsilateral visual cortex( P >0.05); The level of c jun mRNA increased during the early stage in the test group, and then decreased in the following period ( P <0.05).Conclusion The level of c fos mRNA in both cat visual cortex with monocular vision deprived is not balancing, but the level of c jun mRNA is balancing in both visual cortex.
