摘要
目的 动态观察家兔视网膜缺血 -再灌注损伤后 ERG的 b波的变化。方法 应用前房灌注加压法使前房内压力高至 16 k Pa,维持 1h,在再灌注后的第 2、7、14天分别记录其ERG,与缺血前 ERG相比较 ,观察 b波的变化幅度。结果 缺血 -再灌注后第 2天 ERG的 b波已经开始下降 ,随时间延长 ,b波振幅呈持续性、进行性下降。结论 视网膜缺血 -再灌注损伤在再灌注后呈持续性、进行性改变。
Objective To observe the changes of ERG b wave after ischemia and reperfusion.Methods Retinal ischemia was induced in rabbits by increasing intraocular pressure to 16kPa for 60 minutes and the ERG b wave was examined 2、7、14 days after retinal ischemia and reperfusion respectively.Results The b wave began to fall down from the second day after ischemia and reperfusion,which was (42.3±1.2)%( ±s ) of the pre ischemia value,and then b wave amplicude reduced persistly and progressively.Conclusion Injury followed reperfusion after ischemia in rabbit retina was persist and progressive.
