摘要
研究脑震荡患者的多形式诱发电位变化。对 2 6例急性期脑震荡患者行视觉诱发电位 (VEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)及事件相关电位 (ERP)检测 ,并与年龄、身高匹配的健康者对比 ;同时对每例患者行脑电图 (EEG)检查。结果 :VEP、BAEP、SEP、ERP及EEG异常率分别为 30 8%、6 9 2 %、5 0 %、6 1 5 %、38 5 % ;其中有二项诱发电位异常者占 80 8% ,较EEG异常率高 (P <0 0 1)。脑震荡患者存在脑干、大脑半球及认识功能障碍 ,多形式诱发电位对脑震荡的诊断有一定价值。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of multimodality evoded potentials(M EP)in the patients with concussion.Results:26 patients with concussion were studied simultaneously with pattem-visual evoked potential (VEP),brainstem autidory evoked potential(BAEP),somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) and event-related potential(ERP).The data obtained by any modality of the EPs in the patos were analyzed in comparison to those achieved in health persons matched in age and height.also,The EEGs of 26 cases with concussion were recorded.Results:The abnormal ratios of VEP、BAEP、BAEP、SEP、ERP and EEG for concussion were 30.8%,69.2%,50%,61.5%,38.5%.The abnormal ratios of M EP was 80.8%.There was a significant difference between the abnormal ratios of M EP and EEG(P<0.01).Conclusions:Concussion might have brainstem damage and brain function impairment and disorder of cognition function,M EP might be helpful in diagnosis of concussion.
