胃网膜右动脉门静脉及腹腔三路插管化疗治疗晚期胃癌6例报告

Chemotherapy to six cases with late gastric cancer by three intubations of gastrioepiploic artery,vena portae and abdominal cavity

为探讨晚期广泛转移、已不能切除的胃癌的区域性化疗的途径、方法和疗效。作者采用术中经胃网膜右动脉逆行插管 ,胃网膜右静脉插管至门静脉行腹腔置管 ,术中及术后经预插三路导管灌注化疗。结果 6例已有腹腔淋巴结、腹膜及肝脏广泛转移 ,不能切除的晚期胃癌行三路插管 ,完成化疗 2周期 1例 ,3周期 2例 ,4周期 2例 ,6周期 1例 ;生存 6mon、7mon、9mon、13mon、14mon各 1例 ,1例已生存 5 2mon ,现仍健在。作者认为胃网膜右动脉、门静脉及腹腔三路插管化疗针对晚期胃癌转移的多种途径 ,是比较合理的区域性化疗 ,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To probe Local chemotherapy and curative effects of late gastric cancer which could not be removed and widely metastasized.Method:Authors intubated retrograde against the right artery of gastric omentum,from the right gastrioepiploic vein to vena portal and in the abdominal cavity.infused chemotherapeutically through the three intubations within and after operation.Result:Out of the six cases,one has been treated chemotherapeutically for two cycles,two for three cycles,two for four cycles,and one for six weeks.The survival time was 6mon,7mon,9mon,13mon,14monoespestively among five cases,and one has lasted 52 mon still alive.Conclusion:This chemotherapy to late gastric cancer which metastasizde in many ways is a reasonable local therapy and it can get a better clinical curative effect.
