15例外伤性女性尿道断裂处理

Treatment of the urethal disruption of the females

报告 15例女性尿道损伤 ,均行一期尿道修补吻合 ,术手病人恢复排尿。对完全性尿道断裂者 ,强调早期尿道端端吻合术。

The urinatian fun ction of 15 cases females who urethre were injured were restored after their urethra were repaired and anastoros-ed in ane terun.The anastomosis of urethra disrupting ends were recom mtnded early for the females who the whole of urethre had been disrupted.
