运用因子分析方法对YJLW02额定电压为64/110kv的电缆进行质量控制分析,将影响该种电缆质量的10个主要指标归结为4个指标,即电场强度个指标、热阻个指标、绝缘层平均厚度指标、外屏蔽厚度个指标,研究结果表明这4个指标对电缆质量都有重要的影响。

This paper analyzes the quality control of YJLW02 rated voltage of cables 64/110kv with Factor analysis method,combine the ten primary indices affecting the cable quality to four indices, i. e. electric field intension index.hot resistance index.insulating barrier average index.outer shield thickness index, the research result shows that four indices has an important effect on cable quality.
