E-Knowledge机制是一个跨越信息形态、组织、应用领域和传统信息系统的新的信息服务机制。综述国内外图书馆联盟服务现状,阐述地方图书馆联盟服务的具体对象及我市图书馆联盟在服务机制实施过程中的创新思路。

E-Knowledge mechanism is a new information service mechanism which transcended information shape ,organization and application field and was also surperior to the traditional information system. This paper introduced the present situation of library union service of home and abroad, expounded the specific target of local library union service and innovative train of thought when put the service mechanism into practice in library union of Huainan City.
