保持文化真实性是文化开发利用过程中的重要前提和要求。文化真实性的保持是提高文化产品的竞争力、实现文化的现代化与传承的重要条件。受利益驱使以及旅游节庆运作理念的误区误导,"三月三"赛歌会文化真实性缺失,对该节庆的健康与可持续发展造成了一定的负面影响。创新策划是民族旅游节庆活动不断适应市场需求,保持核心竞争力的重要条件。在节庆活动创新策划的同时兼顾文化真实性,既有利于民族文化的现代化与传承,同时也有利于提高旅游节庆活动的竞争力。
Keeping the authenticity of culture is the important requirement of planning of culture. And also it is the important condition which improves the competence of cultural products, achieves the modernism and cultural transmission. Being driven by profit and misled by wrong ideas, Sanyuesan singing match is lack of authenticity of culture and it has a negative effect on the sus- tainable development of this singing match. The innovation planning is an important condition that the ethnical tourism festival meets the needs of that market, and maintains the core competence. To coordinate the relationship of authenticity of culture and innovation planning of tourism festival is not only helpful for the modernism and transmission of national culture, hut also for improving the core competence of tourism festival.
