龙王庄煤矿通风系统的优化

摘要 针对龙王庄煤矿建设初期巷道设计不合理、通风系统不完善、巷道失修严重造成矿井初期通风阻力大导致的矿井出现局部用风地点风量不足、局部通风机一度出现循环风、埋藏深的地区温度偏高等问题,采取优化巷道设计方案、合理利用串联通风、完善通风系统、加强工程质量管理等措施进行优化改造,通风阻力大幅度降低,供风量得到提高,局部通风机循环风问题得到解决,高温地区温度降低,满足了安全生产需求。 In Longwangzhuang Coal Mine,the design of roadway was unreasonable in primary stage of mine construction,the ventilation system was unperfect, and roadway was in disrepair,all of these led to many problems, such as the air quantity was insufficient in local place, the local fan once appeared recirculating air ,high temperature appeared in the place with deep buried depth. Aiming at this ease, optimizations were implemented to solve problems, such as optimizing design scheme of roadway, using series ventilation reasonably, consummating ventilation system, enhancing engineering quality management, and taking other effective measures. With the application of these measures, air resistance was reduced greatly, air quantity was enhanced, recirculating air problem of local fans was solved, temperature became low in the previous high-temperature region, the demand of production safety was also satisfied.
