摘要
提出了一种新型的准绝对式光电编码器及其解码系统,它具有精度高、结构紧凑、输出结果可靠等优点。介绍了该码盘编码特点及原理,并实现了稳定的电子细分,最后结合索引信号INDEX得到的绝对位置和由ADC得到的细分位置,在FPGA内进行了综合处理,并实现了可靠的多重定位系统。实验结果表明,构建的整个系统工作稳定,输出结果可靠。
A virtual absolute optical encoder and decoder system is presented. It has advantages of high precision, compact structure and reliable output. The paper contains the characteristic of the encoder and coding theory, the stable electronic interpolation, and the achievement of high precision address by combining the INDEX signal and the interpolation result through ADC. Finally, it utilizes FPGA to build an embedded system, and achieves a reliable repeatable positioning system. The results show that the whole system can work well with stable and reliable outputs.
