摘要
介绍了蒸汽和高温水两种高光注塑成型工艺的基本原理,并比较了两种工艺的相似性和差异性。以高光平板电视面框的生产为例,对蒸汽加热和水加热两种不同媒介的高光注塑成型工艺的投资成本和生产成本进行了分析计算。研究发现蒸汽加热更适合于大批量稳定生产,而高温水加热更适合于小批量间歇式生产。为企业结合自身的生产特点和能源成本选择何种高光注塑成型工艺提供了计算方法和理论依据。
The basic principles of the steam and hot water high gloss injection molding process are introduced. The similarity and differences of the two processes are compared. As the production of high gloss flat-panel frame for example, the investment cost and production cost for steam heating and water heating injection mo|ding process are analyzed. The study found that steam heating is more suitable for the stable production of high-volume and water heating is more suitable for batch production in small quantities. The research results provide a methodology and theoretical basis and help enterprise to choose which media high gloss injection molding process according to its own production features and energy costs.
