东莞市基孔肯雅热疫情防控政府督查分析

Analysis on the supervision and inspection performed by government on prevention and control of chikungunya epidemic situation in Dongguan city

目的对东莞市基孔肯雅热疫情防控政府督查情况进行分析,为重大传染病疫情防控政府督查提供参考依据。方法通过成立政府层面的多部门联合督查组对各镇街政府的基孔肯雅热疫情防控进行现场督查、重点督查和专项督查,并对督查取得的效果进行分析。结果各镇街政府、各有关单位的蚊媒传染病防控措施得到落实,基孔肯雅热疫情得到控制。结论政府层面的督查对本次疫情的控制起到重要作用,可借鉴以建立重大传染病疫情政府督查机制。

Objective Analyse the status of government supervision and inspection on prevention and control of Chikungunya epidemic situation in DongGuan city, and provide reference basis for government to supervise and inspect the prevention and control of major infectious diseases. Methods On-site ,focused and targeted inspection on the prevention and control of Chikungunya epidemic situation was conducted by various town （street） governments by establishing joint multisectoral inspection teams. And evaluate the effects after the inspection. Results Prevention and control measures of mosquito-borne infectious diseases have been implemented by various town（street） governments and relevant units. Chikungunya epidemic situation is under control. Conclusion Governmental level supervision and inspection plays an important role in the prevention and control of this outbreak. It can be an example for building up government＇ s supervision and inspection mechanism for major infectious diseases.
