摘要
采用程序升温还原法制备Ni-Mo-P/Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂。运用XRD和IR技术对催化剂和载体进行表征。考察Ni-Mo-P/Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂对噻吩加氢脱硫、吡啶加氢脱氮的催化性能。结果表明,在Al2O3表面引入少量ZrO2,可以减弱P和Al2O3的强相互作用,抑制AlPO4的生成。添加适量的助剂Mo,催化剂噻吩加氢脱硫、吡啶加氢活性均有不同程度的提高。
Ni-Mo-P/Al2O3-ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction in a H2 flow.The supports and catalysts were characterized by XRD and IR.Hydrodesulfurization of thiophene and hydrodenitrogenation of pyridine catalyzed by Ni-Mo-P/Al2O3-ZrO2 catalysts was carried out in a high pressure fixed bed reactor.The experimental results show that the introduction of small amounts of ZrO2 on the surface of Al2O3 would reduce the strong interaction of P with Al2O3,and therefore,inhibites the formation of AlPO4.And the catalytic activity of thiophene hydrodesulfurization and pyridine hydrodenitrogenation over the catalyst are improved with the adding of appropriate amount of Mo.
