摘要
雷达标绘评估是雷达两证模拟器实际操作评估的重要组成部分,目前评估仍采用主观性较强的人工评判,因此有必要实现雷达标绘自动评估。雷达标绘自动评估的关键是雷达标绘评估模型,为此提出了与会遇态势相关的雷达标绘评估模型。首先对雷达标绘中目标船和本船的会遇态势进行分类,根据评估要素重要程度和观测与标绘精度需要设置评估要素权重和允许误差范围,进而构造隶属度函数对受训人的雷达标绘操作进行自动评估。本评估模型已经应用于雷达模拟器上,取得了较好的效果。
Radar plotting assessment is essential in radar observation & plotting certificate and radar simulator certif- icate exams. Subjective scoring by the trainer is common today. For objective judgment, the automatic radar plotting assessment should be developed. The plotting assessment model is the key to accomplish an automatic radar plotting assessment. An encounter situation oriented radar plotting assessment model is developed. For modeling, the en- counter relation between own ship and target ships are classified. The weights and permissible errors for evaluated parameters are defined according to the importance of each parameter and the plotting precision of radar observa- tions. The plotting operation is scored automatically based on the membership degree. This assessment model has been applied in radar simulator and achieved good results.
